This privacy policy has been compiled to better serve those who are concerned with how their 'Personally identifiable information' (PII) is being used on-line or by us or third-party entities. Dingbat Studios develop and publish our own developer brands. We currently have a number of apps on both the Apple and Google stores which are available to the public.


Dingbat Studios does not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 13, or up to 16 where relevant legislation applies. If we learn that we have collected the personal information of a child under 13, or under 16 where relevant legislation applies, we will take steps to delete the information as soon as practically possible.


Dingbat Studios does not collect any personal information when using our platforms. Some of our platforms may use our own crash reporting analytic engine. This data doesn't contain any personal information (e.g. name, age, sex, telephone number), but does collect information about the device's hardware version, the device's operating system and information about the actual underlying error. We use this de-identified information solely to assist us with fixing bugs and issues with our applications. If you do not want this information to be sent, please disable the crash reporting functionality in the settings for the application. If this option is not available, then the application does not implement this crash reporting feature.


We do use third party providers to for analytics, social media engagement and advertising.


Our platforms may use a third-party provider called SDKBOX. SDKBOX’s Plugins is a U.S. company that provides mobile game developers with a platform to integrate third-party SDKs, such as AdColony, AdMob, Chartboost, Facebook, Unity Ads, Tune, etc., into their mobile games. Our Platforms may use an analytic technology called Flurry Analytics to analyse the performance and usage. We use this aggregated and de-identified information to help assist us in getting an understanding of how the Platform is performing. Our Platforms may incorporate advertising serving technology offered by our third-party service providers, including: The Fyber Group, AdColony, Inc., Chartboost, AdMob, Fyber, Leadbolt and Facebook which enable advertising to be temporarily uploaded into the app or game and replaced while you play. The data collected for this purpose may include IP address or persistent identifiers, to notably allow our third-party service providers to calculate the number of views, to cap ads and to serve ads in a format that fits your device. Please note, this data is not associated with any of your personal information, nor used for behavioural advertising or to build a profile on your online practices. None of the information collected and used for advertising purposes is used to personally identify you. These advertising serving technologies are integrated into some of our apps and games. If you do not want to use these technologies, do not use the apps or games while connected to the Internet. In some apps and games you may be able to turn off advertising from our third-party service providers via the settings screen. If you wish to opt-out from collection and use of precise location data for advertising, you can turn location services off through your device settings. The latest versions of iOS and Android allow you to limit which particular applications can access your location information. Our Platforms may include Social Media Features, such as the Facebook Like button and Widgets, such as the Share this button or links to Facebook pages. These Features may collect your IP address, which page you are visiting on our Sites, and may set a cookie to enable the Feature to function properly. Social Media Features and Widgets are either hosted by a third party or hosted directly on our Sites. Your interactions with these Features are governed by the privacy policy of the company providing it. Dingbat Studios may use collected data to analyse social media campaign outcomes. This information will not be stored on Dingbat Studios servers. Dingbat Studios may offer you the opportunity to invite your contacts from a Social Network Service (such as your Facebook friends) so that those contacts can be located in Dingbat Studios games and/or you can invite them to join you in Dingbat Studios games.
